أين تُحفظ بطاقاتي؟

على جهازك فقط. لا يحتاج لافندر إلى حساب، ولا تغادر بطاقاتك جهازك إلا حين تشاركها بنفسك. وإذا حذفت التطبيق حُذفت بطاقاته معه.

كيف أسترجع اشتراكي على جهاز آخر؟

افتح الإعدادات في لافندر واختر «استرجاع المشتريات»، بحساب Apple نفسه الذي اشتركت به.

كيف ألغي الاشتراك؟

من الإعدادات في لافندر: «إدارة الاشتراك»، أو من إعدادات iPhone: اسمك، ثم «الاشتراكات». يبقى الاشتراك فعّالًا حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.

كيف أطلب استرداد مبلغ؟

تتولى Apple طلبات الاسترداد من reportaproblem.apple.com.

هل يطّلع لافندر على ما أكتبه؟

لا. لا تتضمن الإعلانات ولا الإحصائيات شيئًا مما تكتبه، ويمكنك إيقاف مشاركة الإحصائيات من الإعدادات، ثم «الخصوصية». التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

Where are my cards kept?

On your device only. Lavender needs no account, and your cards leave your device only when you share them. Deleting the app deletes its cards.

How do I restore my subscription on another device?

Open Settings in Lavender and choose “Restore purchases”, with the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In Lavender’s Settings, “Manage subscription”, or in the iPhone’s Settings: your name, then Subscriptions. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I ask for a refund?

Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does Lavender read what I write?

No. Neither the ads nor the statistics carry anything you write, and you can stop sharing statistics in Settings, then Privacy. The details are in the privacy policy.
